Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Maine or New Hampshire bar admission.
• Dual licensure in Maine and New Hampshire strongly preferred.
• Massachusetts bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment-related litigation matters in state and federal forums
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written advocacy materials
• Manage discovery, including document review, organization, and case strategy
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex employment issues
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients on litigation strategy and case management
• Support employment advice and counseling matters consistent with experience
