Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally involving commercial or corporate disputes.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Familiarity with discovery practice and e-discovery processes.
• Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other written submissions for state and federal courts
• Manage discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery coordination
• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda
• Participate in deposition preparation and potentially attend depositions or hearings
• Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy
• Maintain organized case management and deadlines across multiple matters
