Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, oversee discovery, and prepare motions.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations, hearings, and other proceedings.
• Counsel clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management.
• Work directly with clients and contribute to client development efforts.
