Hill Wallack LLP is seeking a skilled and dependable Employment Paralegal. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, tech savvy and capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Attorneys with case management, ensuring all deadlines, filings, and documentation are tracked and updated as needed.
• Draft motions and discovery responses.
• Support Attorney with preparing for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and presentations.
• Summary and index discovery.
• Maintain organized case files and correspondence in netdocs and other document management systems.
• Liaise with clients, court personnel and opposing counsel with professionalism and clear communication. Demonstrate strong grammar, punctuation and writing skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of e- filing procedure in federal and state courts.
