Badame Law Group, APC is a full service California Employment Law Litigation Law Firm. With over 60 years of combined employment law litigation experience, we successfully represent Clients on both the Employer and Employee side of courtroom.

Role Description

This is a remote role for an Employment Law Part-Time Contract Attorney at Badame Law Group, APC. The Employment Law Contract Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on labor and employment law matters, conducting legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Daily tasks include overseeing your own case load, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, propounding and responding to Discovery, and staying updated on relevant legal developments. The attorney will work closely with both Plaintiff and Defense clients to ensure their legal needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law, with a focus on Labor and Employment Law
  • Ability to work remotely and independently in a high volume law firm setting
  • Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research
  • Effective Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Member in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Experience in employment law required
