Role Description

This is a remote role for an Employment Law Part-Time Contract Attorney at Badame Law Group, APC. The Contract Attorney will provide legal advice on labor and employment law matters, conduct legal research, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, propounding and responding to discovery, and staying updated on relevant legal developments. The attorney will work closely with both plaintiff and defense clients to meet their legal needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in law, with a focus on labor and employment law
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a high-volume law firm setting
• Strong skills in providing legal advice and conducting thorough research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience in employment law required
