Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Contract Attorney. The Corporate Contract Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and handling labor and employment law matters as well as landlord/Tenant disputes and Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations, and advising on legal risks and strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong knowledge of SOW and Contract negotiation
• Skills in landlord/tenant Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting research on relevant state and federal statutes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Working towards State bar membership
• Prior experience in corporate law practice
• MBA, CIRA, CPA, CFP, & CFA get special attention.
• Understanding of relevant challenges in M&A
