Law Firms in Denver, CO is seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join its growing practice. You will advise employers on a broad range of workplace matters and handle employment-related litigation.

This role offers exposure to startups through Fortune 100 clients, with strategic business-minded legal counsel and opportunities to work on complex disputes.

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 annually, with benefits and eligibility per firm policy.

Formación

• Experience in labor and employment matters, including counseling and/or litigation.
• Active license to practice law and good standing in Colorado.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and counsel employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including hiring practices, employee agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks.
• Handle employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Counsel employers on disciplinary actions, termination policies, disability accommodations, and leave-related matters.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as arbitration and mediation.
