Job Details

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Employment Law. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office and flexible start/end times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in representing clients in simple and complex litigation before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies.
• Consistently meet 1850 billable hour requirement.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Stay current with developments in employment law matters and other areas of Civil Defense.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong Civil Defense background.
