Job summary

Lateral Link in Denver seeks an employment litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience to handle a broad range of wage-hour and discrimination matters in a busy AmLaw 100 firm setting. You will take a lead role from statement through trial, including depositions, motions, and arbitrations, while counseling HR and executives as you grow in the practice.

The role features a base salary between $210K and $260K depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience at a firm.
• Deposition, discovery, and motion practice reps in employment matters.
• Strong writing and attention to detail; strong academics.
• Colorado bar admission or the ability to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Handle wage and hour class and collective actions under the FLSA and Colorado wage law.
• Litigate single-plaintiff cases and administrative charges (EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division).
• Participate in depositions, motions, and arbitrations; provide counseling for HR and executives.
• Draft employment and restrictive covenant agreements; advise on pay transparency and POWR Act compliance.

An AmLaw 100 firm with a national labor & employment practice is hiring an employment litigation associate (2–5 years) in Denver. Base salary $210K–$260K depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility.

You'd take a real piece of every matter from the position statement through trial — class and collective actions, single-plaintiff cases, and agency charges — with depositions, motions, and arbitrations at your level, and counseling work for HR and executive clients as you grow into it.

The work includes:

• Wage and hour class and collective actions under the FLSA and Colorado wage law
• Single-plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and CADA
• EEOC and Colorado Civil Rights Division charges, position statements, and mediations
• Employment counseling, compliance under Colorado's pay transparency and POWR Act regimes, and drafting employment and restrictive covenant agreements
