Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Employment Law Attorney to manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, supporting consumer rights advocacy. The role offers opportunities to work across offices in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky.

You will draft and file litigation documents, guide clients through the legal process, interact with expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with wage and hour claims preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and deliver strong client service.

• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
