Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures
• Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans
• Draft and revise policies, handbooks and other employee communications
• Explain complex employment law issues clearly to diverse audiences
• Identify practical legal options and advise clients on best solutions
