Qualifications

• 2–4 years of employment law experience including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies
• Prior private practice or in‑house experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong academic background and professional credentials
• J.D. from ABA‑Accredited Law School required
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in Iowa
