Qualifications

• 3-7 years of general business litigation experience including real estate, construction, and commercial litigation.
• Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa.
