Overview

We are seeking an Associate to join the Employment & Labor department in our Des Moines office with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have

• 2-4 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers
• Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong academic background and professional credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa.
