You will serve HR, Operations, and business leaders, advising on a broad range of employment matters and collaborating with leaders across Casey’s footprint.

The role involves managing employment disputes, advising on policy development, and delivering practical legal guidance while balancing risk with business goals.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, strategic employment-law advice to HR, Operations, and leaders.
• Represent Casey's in employment-related litigation and agency matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex employment documents and policies.
• Monitor and interpret employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Advise on investigations, wage and hour, discrimination, and leaves of absence.
