Employment & Corporate Counsel (Fully Remote)

Zusammenfassung

Aura is seeking an in-house Corporate & Commercial Counsel to advise on employment law across the full employee lifecycle and to draft key employment documents. You will also handle investigations and coordinate with outside litigation counsel as needed.

In addition, you will draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts, and support M&A, governance, and legal risk assessment. This role requires a J.D., U.S.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership required.
• 3+ years in employment and corporate law, with contract expertise.
• High integrity, discretion, and independent work style.
