Job summary

Provail in Washington seeks an Employment Consultant to support people with disabilities toward meaningful careers and inclusive workplaces. This entry role involves daily driving in South King County and nearby regions, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and some occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

You'll gain hands-on disability employment services experience, build strong community relationships, and help businesses create natural supports for success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 1 year in employment services or related field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and maintain required monthly service hours.
• Develop person-centered employment plans reflecting interests and goals.
• Build relationships with inclusive employers and partners.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support using strengths-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and travel between sites as needed.
