Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Psychology, or related field preferred plus 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Search interns with employment services including coaching, training, development, and placement.
• Assess, develop, and reinforce employability skills of interns and educate interns on work culture and behavior.
• Develop internship sites, write job descriptions, task lists, and plan for necessary modifications.
• Teach essential job duties to interns to promote independence.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders including staff, consumers, partners, and employers.
• Organize open houses, events, and fundraisers in collaboration with instructors.
