Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience helping individuals with employment barriers or veterans
• Experience developing and implementing employment plans
• Knowledge of the local community highly preferred
• Ability to adhere to regulations and standards
• Respect for privacy of clients and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Meet with clients to understand employment goals aligned with Vocational Rehabilitation
• Assess education, experience, and skills to match opportunities
• Coach clients on job search techniques, interview prep, and resume development
• Provide one-on-one training, skills assessments, and onsite instruction
• Coach on professional communication, self-advocacy, and accommodations
• Monitor progress using case management database
• Interact with employers and local human service agencies
• Establish partnerships with area businesses to create job opportunities
