Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Case Manager I - Job Developer in Woonsocket, RI. You will place participants in independent jobs, coordinate with DDS and MRC referrals, and manage SHF employment services while maintaining high standards of service and ethics.

Responsibilities include developing employer partnerships, conducting outreach, and guiding participants through applications and onboarding. A proactive, client-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET).
• Valid driver's license – class C or D.
• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Place program participants in independent jobs with community employers.
• Develop employer contacts for job placements and demonstrate benefits of employment for individuals with developmental needs.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to build partnerships with local employers.
