Webber & Egbert Employment Law, P.C. seeks an experienced Employment Attorney to join our plaintiff-side practice in California.

This is an excellent opportunity for meaningful litigation experience and to litigate cases through trial. As an Associate Attorney, you will handle complex employment law issues, take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and manage discovery and trial preparation in California.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Three plus years of experience working in employment law.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team.
• Highly motivated with strong professional judgment and interpersonal skills.

The expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 to $250,000, depending on
