Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc. seeks an Associate Attorney for their Seattle office to handle defense litigation across various practice areas. You will manage cases from inception through trial, conducting investigations and discovery, preparing witnesses, and drafting pleadings and motions.

The role requires a JD and active Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership, with 3+ years of litigation experience. A hybrid schedule and a supportive firm culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (preferably in personal injury defense, employment, or commercial litigation)
• Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership
• JD (Juris Doctor) degree required

Your New Role

For decades, this firm has specialized in defense litigation across many states and practice areas. They’re in the market for a proactive Associate Attorney to join their established Seattle office.

In this role, you’ll manage your cases from start to finish, working both independently and on a team. This will include conducting investigations, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. You’ll write pleadings, briefs, and motions and review contracts. Additionally, you will prepare for and attend trials and hearings.
