Job summary

We Are Revolution, in partnership with a New York-based firm, seeks an experienced Attorney to join as strategic outside employment counsel. The role focuses on day-to-day and strategic employment law guidance across a national footprint.

You will lead both contentious and pre-contentious matters, collaborate on policies and regulatory developments, and draft and negotiate key employment documents for major clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

The Role

• Act as Strategic Outside Employment Counsel: Serve as a primary legal advisor to corporate clients, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across the full spectrum of employment law.
• Lead Contentious and Pre-Contentious Matters: Advise on and manage employment disputes from early risk assessment through to resolution.
• Deliver Proactive Risk Management and Compliance Advice: Partner with clients to anticipate and mitigate legal risk by advising on policies, procedures, and regulatory developments.
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Key Employment Documents: Oversee the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and tribunal documentation.
