Qualifikationen

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1+ years of employment litigation experience (defense-side preferred).
• Familiarity with wage & hour, PAGA, or class action matters is a plus.

• Defend employers in single and/or multi-plaintiff employment litigation, with growing exposure to PAGA and class action matters.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings (e.g., CRD, EEOC, DLSE, FEHA, ERISA)
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues, including wage & hour, leave laws, discipline, and workplace policies
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements
• Assist with mediations, depositions, and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys

They are currently hiring Associate Attorneys, Coumsels and Partners to join their growing team, with the opportunity to work on high-quality matters in a collaborative, flexible hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defend employers in single and/or multi-plaintiff employment litigation, with growing exposure to PAGA and class action matters
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings (e.g., CRD, EEOC, DLSE, FEHA, ERISA)
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues, including wage & hour, leave laws, discipline, and workplace policies
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements
• Assist with mediations, depositions, and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys

Must Haves:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1+ years of employment litigation experience (defense-side preferred; plaintiff-side candidates transitioning to defense will be considered)
• Familiarity with wage & hour, PAGA, or class action matters is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
