Job summary

Eden Rose USA, a leading labor and employment defense firm in California, seeks an experienced attorney with 4–7+ years in management-side labor and employment defense, admitted to the California Bar in good standing. The role focuses on employment litigation, counseling employers on workplace issues, and handling motions, deposits, and court appearances.

Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $280,000+ with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 4 - 7+ years of strictly management-side labor and employment defense experience, with an active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour disputes, PAGA claims and class actions.
• Strong litigation and client counseling skills, including drafting motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, court appearances and advising employers on workplace issues.
• Competitive base salary of $225,000–$280,000+ plus bonus and Benefits depending on experience, with bonus opportunities linked to billable hours and performance.

The firm offers associates the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters while developing their litigation skills and building strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• 4 - 7+ years of strictly management-side labor and employment defense experience, with an active California Bar license in good standing.
