This role offers exposure to complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited school, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a robust

• Significant experience litigating California wage & hour matters.
• Strong working knowledge of Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
• Experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and hour/PAGA matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification.
• Develop litigation strategy for representative actions.
• Analyze compliance issues involving exemption classifications, regular rate calculations, meal/rest period compliance, and pay statement claims.
