Key Responsibilities:
• Litigate complex employment cases through all phases of trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and opposition briefs
• Negotiate resolutions and settlements with opposing counsel

• Manage client communications and provide proactive case updates
• Support strategic legal planning for individual and class action matters

• 15+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
