Axiom Talent Platform is seeking experienced M&A Lawyers to join its team supporting Fortune 500 clients. This role requires strong expertise in managing complex M&A transactions, with responsibilities encompassing deal structuring, due diligence, and collaboration across functional teams. We are currently seeking M&A Lawyers to work with our F500 client base across multiple industries. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in M&A law, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex M&A transactions.
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominantly work remotely, with some clients requiring on-site presence.
