The position focuses on delivering practical legal solutions in employment and labor-related matters while operating in a fast-paced and high-volume legal environment. Handle a range of employment and labor law cases, including, but not limited to, workplace disputes, employee relations issues, and compliance matters
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and opinion letters
Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and litigation
Provide preventative legal counsel to clients on employment policies and practices
Collaborate with clients to develop proactive legal strategies
Manage client communications and expectations efficiently and professionally
Participate in business development and maintain strong client relationships
Utilize case management systems to track progress and ensure timely deliverables
Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Demonstrated experience in employment and labor law
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
The capacity to function independently while contributing to team goals
Willingness to work in-office with flexibility for hybrid scheduling
Some existing portable business is preferred
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
Deep knowledge of federal and state labor/employment regulations
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Time management and multitasking in a high-pressure setting
