Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred and 1 year of relevant experience in workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Advocates workforce services and promotes programs to chambers of commerce, associations, and economic development groups.
• Monitors program effectiveness and recommends improvements to achieve goals.
• Performs market research, analyzes data to identify industry trends and informs management.
• Plans, coordinates, and facilitates hiring events and job fairs for customers and employers.
• Develops positive relationships with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
