• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies effectively to improve efficiency, enhance client service, and elevate the quality of legal work products
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice.
