• Experience handling wage and hour matters including class, collective and representative actions.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency, enhance client service and elevate the quality of legal work products.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within team-based environments.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice. Candidate Profile
