Job summary

IAM National Benefit Funds Office is seeking an Employers Services Coordinator in Washington, DC. The role involves maintaining fund records, onboarding and renewal of Benefit Trust Employers, and serving as the primary contact for researching terminations within IAM Pension, 401(k), and Benefits Trust Funds.

The position requires handling CBAs, data entry into the V3 system, and performing monthly rate updates with coordination across Legal and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years Taft-Hartley Benefit Plan experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review CBAs, PAs, MOUs, LOUs language for new and current employers.
• Input CBA/PA data into the Funds V3 system for new employers and unions.
• Maintain Benefit Trust employer records and renewal dates in the system.
• Prepare monthly rate updates for BTF Employers.
• Respond to inquiries from bargaining parties and coordinate with other departments.
• Create ad hoc reports and support data research as needed.
• Coordinate with Legal on litigation arising from CBA changes and disputes.
• Other duties as assigned.
