Job summary

Clemson University is seeking an Employer Service Specialist II in Columbia, SC. Under direct supervision, the Specialist will maintain data related to employers, insurers, courts, offices, and other parties within the automated system, serving as a customer service liaison to ensure data is updated, recorded, and verified effectively.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: liaison with employers to ensure income withholding compliance; update records in the automated system.
Technical Support: respond to system inquiries via tickets, email, calls; resolve data issues and update records within two business days.
Analyze & Report: troubleshoot problems using established procedures; track and escalate unresolved issues.
Data Management: research and verify contact/benefit information; maintain records for court, attorneys, and related parties.
General Clerical: perform related office duties and back-up to the New Hire Unit.
