Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating committee meetings and giving presentations to diverse groups.
• Strong computer skills including ASSET and Job Center of Wisconsin; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new Business Services programs and services.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local businesses to generate job orders.
• Present employment opportunities and labor market information to employers and participants.
• Organize and coordinate local job fairs.
• Follow up with employers to assess service quality and referrals.
• Develop agreements for On-the-Job Training, Subsidized Employment and Work Experience.
• Lead and supervise business services staff; hire, coach and evaluate personnel.
