State of Vermont through HireAbility Vermont seeks an Employer Account Representative to broaden employer engagement and create employment opportunities for job candidates. You will liaison with area service agencies and local/regional employers, promoting HireAbility Vermont candidates and coordinating outreach efforts in Brattleboro and Springfield.

Typical duties include building employer relationships, leading Workforce Partners Team activities, and delivering workshops.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year in sales/business relations.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred fields listed) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Developing relationships with employers.
• Facilitation of the local HireAbility Workforce Partners Team.
• Development of workshops and presentations for employers and job candidates.
• Labor market analysis.
• Maintenance of Salesforce CRM to track outreach activities.
