Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Services Liaison in Monroeville, PA to develop relationships with employers and place program participants in jobs. The role emphasizes extreme customer service, outreach, and ongoing support to both employers and participants.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate with career navigators, and conduct job fairs to expand placement opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in staffing or workforce development is required.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in business to business sales, staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
Skills/Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

Initiates and maintains ongoing personal contacts with a variety of business and industry representatives and job placement/training agencies.
Promotes participant placement by making cold calls to potential employers.
Explains benefits and employment support services provided by the Program to employers, including addressing employer's special needs.
Research newspapers, agencies, and other resources for job leads.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, including overtime.
