Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago invites applications for a Job Developer who builds employer relationships to create job opportunities for individuals in Supported Employment. You will market candidates’ skills, negotiate opportunities, and strive to meet quarterly placement goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related roles.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work to complete routine duties and assignments.
• Identify and develop relationships with community employers to support job placements.
• Coach job seekers on job-search skills, self-image, and attitude.
• Coordinate with DVR counselors, families, and staff to support employment.
• Prepare job development plans, progress reports, and placement activity records.
• Lead marketing efforts to meet quarterly job placement goals and participate in outreach.
