Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Associate in its Labor & Employment Practice in the Denver office. The role focuses on representing employers in complex workplace disputes with a strong litigation emphasis.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of law firm litigation experience, with preference for employment litigation. Admitted to the Colorado Bar, you will work closely with leading employment practitioners and handle matters from discrimination to wage-and-hour claims.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of labor & employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Preference for candidates with employment litigation experience and employer-side representation.
• Experience handling administrative charges, drafting agency statements, and advising on employment law compliance is a plus.
• Colorado Bar admission is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct fact investigations, witness interviews, document review, and deposition preparation.
• Assist with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Support clients in responding to administrative charges and agency proceedings, including EEOC matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across GT offices and practice groups on complex employment litigation matters.
