Qualifications

• Experience in complex wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.
• Advising employers on leaves of absence, performance management, wage-and-hour compliance and terminations.
• Drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
• Class and collective action experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defense-side employment litigation and counseling capacities.
