Job summary

Greenberg Traurig seeks an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice in our Denver office for a full-time role. The attorney will handle employment litigation matters, draft pleadings, and work with leading practitioners on complex disputes for employers across industries.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of law firm litigation experience, with a focus on employment litigation and compliance advice. Colorado Bar admission is required and strong drafting, research, and AI-assisted practice

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of law firm litigation experience, preferably in employment litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Admitted to the Colorado Bar and willing to participate in professional development

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct fact investigations, witness interviews, document review, and deposition preparation.
• Assist with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Support clients in responding to administrative charges and agency proceedings, including EEOC and state/local agencies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across GT offices on complex employment litigation matters.
• Provide employment law compliance advice as opportunities arise.
