Employ Milwaukee, housed within the City of Milwaukee’s Department of City Development, seeks a Business Engagement Coordinator to advance employer engagement and job opportunities through business growth and retention. You will design strategies, build relationships with local employers, coordinate employer visits and roundtables, and synthesize labor market insights to inform programs and partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years in sales or marketing, job placement, workforce or economic development.
• Experience with and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Employ Milwaukee and DCD resources to employers and stakeholders.
• Cultivate employer relationships to identify needs and expand placements.
• Coordinate business visits, roundtables, and briefings for leadership.
• Analyze labor market data and synthesize insights for program development.
• Support leadership with stakeholder communications and follow-ups.
