Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of related experience in job development, workforce development, sales, or case management.
• Knowledge of workforce development, employment services, and employer engagement strategies.
• Strong coaching, networking, communication, and presentation skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic employer relationships to identify opportunities.
• Match participants with employment opportunities aligned with goals and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with case managers to develop individualized employment strategies.
• Conduct employer outreach, job fairs, and labor market guidance on trends.
• Develop and monitor Work Experience opportunities with accurate documentation.
