Job summary

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) invites applications for the Employer Recruitment and Program Coordinator in the Career Development Center. You will lead planning and execution of employer engagement activities, build partnerships with business, public sector, and nonprofits, and expand part-time, internships, and career opportunities for CSULB students.

You will advise students and alumni on career exploration and job search, ensure equitable and inclusive services, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Three years of professional experience in student services or related field.
• Experience developing and facilitating workshops and giving presentations.
• Must have a valid CA Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute employer recruitment presentations and events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of employers.
• Coordinate CareerLINK job/internship postings and postings guidelines.
• Develop a student professional development event calendar each semester.
• Provide career advising and employment assistance to students and alumni.
