You will research industry trends, assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2027, and collaborate with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and HR to strengthen Henkel's employer brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media channels.
• Ability to research competitors and industry trends for talent attraction.
• Experience supporting university recruitment or campus events is a plus.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences.
