Winston Taylor LLP is seeking a Recruiting Marketing and Employment Brand Manager to lead marketing and communications for attorney recruitment across the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years in marketing, communications, recruiting marketing, talent branding, or professional services marketing preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office and come into the office 3–4 days per week.
• Law firm or professional services marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and messaging capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting marketing strategy.
• Partner with Recruiting leadership to support lateral hiring and office expansion.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns for practices, industries, offices, and markets.
• Build integrated marketing programs positioning Winston Taylor as an employer of choice.
• Lead on employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Develop recruiting content: collateral, microsites, testimonials, videos, and campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing across social media, web, email, and paid channels.
• Measure KPIs and report campaign performance.
