Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, recruiting marketing, talent brand, employer branding, or professional services marketing preferred.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting marketing strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns for priority practices, industries, offices, and geographic markets.
• Strengthen and evolve Winston Taylor's employer brand to differentiate the firm in the legal marketplace.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, web, email, and paid channels.
• Collaborate with Attorney Recruiting & Integration Teams, HR, Business Development, Communications, and firm leadership.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure recruiting marketing effectiveness.
