Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking an Associate Director to lead the lateral partner recruiting function and manage the Attorney Recruiting & Integration teams. You will partner with MDs, practice leaders and firm stakeholders to execute recruiting strategies and ensure a superior candidate experience.

You will mentor teams, drive operating excellence, and utilize market insights to guide growth initiatives. Travel and office presence are required to support recruitment priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of legal recruiting experience, including at least 3 years of partner recruiting and supervising people, programs, projects, and budgets.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office with the ability to come into the office 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lateral partner recruiting processes, from candidate engagement through offer and acceptance.
• Coordinate interview processes, materials, and scheduling with stakeholders.
• Prepare candidate summaries, memoranda, business cases, and offer packages with quality control.
• Lead and develop Partner Recruiting and Attorney Intelligence & Research teams.
• Establish standards, templates, and playbooks for scalable recruiting operations.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
