Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP in Dallas is seeking a Recruiting Marketing and Employment Brand Manager to lead marketing and communications for attorney recruitment across the United States. The role partners with Attorney Recruiting & Integration, HR, BD, and leadership to create campaigns, elevate the employer brand, and attract lateral partners, associates, law students, and business professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, recruiting marketing, talent branding, or professional services marketing.
Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
Must live within commuting distance to a firm office and be able to come into the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a recruiting marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Lead employer brand and messaging across recruiting touchpoints.
Create recruiting content, campaigns, and assets (videos, testimonials, microsites).
Collaborate with HR, BD, and leadership; manage multiple stakeholders across offices.
Measure KPIs, report on pipeline activity and brand metrics.
